Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Change Management Specialist to lead and drive organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in managing complex transformations, with a deep expertise in methodologies like Six Sigma and hands-on experience with major enterprise platforms. This role requires a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical implementation and user adoption, ensuring smooth transitions and maximum business value.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for large-scale projects, focusing on stakeholder communication, training, and support.

- Utilize Certified Black Belt Six Sigma principles to analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring a data-driven approach to change initiatives.

- Lead the people-side of change for major enterprise-wide implementations, including ERP, Salesforce, and SAP (S/4HANA).

- Partner with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans.

- Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.

- Create and deliver engaging communications and training materials to facilitate a smooth and effective transition for all impacted employees.

- Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through key performance indicators and provide regular reports to leadership.


Required Technical Skills:


- Change Management: Extensive experience in leading and managing organizational change.

- Certified Black Belt Six Sigma: Proven expertise in applying Six Sigma methodologies to process improvement and change.

- ERP Systems: In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and their implementation.

- Salesforce: Practical experience with change management in a Salesforce environment.


- SAP (S/4HANA): Hands-on experience with the SAP S/4HANA platform and related projects.


Qualifications and Experience:


- A minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience in a dedicated change management role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.

- A Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.

- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges related to change adoption
