Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement Change Management strategies to support business transformation.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, and create adoption roadmaps.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms for engagement and communication.
- Support HR Tech implementations (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, etc.).
- Execute change readiness assessments, communication plans, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams and drive high-impact organizational change programs.
Must-Have Skills
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Change Management/OCM.
- Proven expertise in change impact analysis, stakeholder management, digital engagement, and training design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural/global setting.
