Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the business.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping related to talent acquisition.
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Manage job postings in various media including job portals, company website, print media, etc.
- Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in Workday HR, SAP Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Adequate knowledge of labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
