Advance Data Analytics Analyst / Business Analytics Lead for our Hyderabad location!

Experience: 5+ years

Key Skills: Hands-on experience in data validation, quality assurance, and/or regulatory compliance in financial services - Loans , Mortgage , AML, Baking Frauds and Risk Analytics.

Leadership:

- Experience in managing validation teams as a Team Lead ( for the Lead role)

- Works with Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas and Spark.

- Analyzes data and defines best fit tools for data management and reporting

Role Description:

- Works with Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas and Spark.

- Analyzes data and defines best fit tools for data management and reporting.

- Works extensively within Elastic Search by creating business centric index templates, watchers, alerts and Kibana dashboards.

- Works as a cross functional expert to review the Kafka messaging stream, Sharding strategy, replica, allocation, OS updates and Node recovery to monitor data integrity and leakage.

- Reviews Avro schema and convert them into business centric control elements as a part of requirement gathering

- The analyst uses his knowledge in stack monitoring to evaluate node health.

Skills :

- Experience with programming languages like Hadoop, Python and Hadoop programming

- Experience working with relational database and good understanding of SQL.

- Experience in visualization tool like Tableau, Elatic Stack, Power BI

- Familiarity working with cloud environments.

- Familiarity with one of rules engines like FICO OMDM, Drools, Experian PowerCurve.

- Experience working in an event driven environment and familiarity with Kafka messaging.

- Good understanding of systems integration and familiarity with different types of systems integration using API, FTP and Messaging bus.

- Ability to create process flows.

- Experience developing and maintenance of APIs

- Good working understanding on Agile framework

- Experience working with Python, MongoDB, Hadoop, Swagger, Kafka, JSON schema, XSD, XML and web services (RESTful and SOAP)
