About the Role
The Integration & Transformation role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and leadership team on high-priority strategic initiatives, with a primary focus on post-merger integration, enterprise transformation, and organizational excellence.
As an Associate / Manager, you will act as a strategic enabler - driving alignment, tracking execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for professionals who want end-to-end exposure to strategy execution, cross-functional program management, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Transformation Initiatives
- Partner with the CEO to plan, execute, and monitor post-M&A integration and strategic transformation programs.
- Drive cross-functional projects to align business units, systems, and processes with overall enterprise objectives.
- Track organizational OKRs / KPIs and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities for leadership intervention.
Business & Market Insights
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support CEO-level decision-making.
- Develop insights and recommendations to accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen competitive positioning.
Program & Project Management
- Establish governance mechanisms, reporting dashboards, and review cadences for transformation programs.
- Ensure key deliverables are completed on time and escalate blockers proactively.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to resolve issues and keep integration programs on track.
Executive Support & Communication
- Prepare CEO-level presentations, board updates, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Synthesize complex data and ideas into crisp, actionable recommendations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Who Should Apply
We are looking for candidates who bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills:
- Education: Bachelors / masters degree in business, Strategy, Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation, post-merger integration, or strategic program management - ideally in a technology company, BFSI, or top-tier consulting firm.
