Job Description: CEO (Technology Division) - BPO Software Development
Role Overview:
We are establishing a tech division within our BPO company to develop in-house software solutions for internal use and global market deployment (GTM). We seek a young, dynamic, and highly skilled leader to take charge as CEO of this new tech company, driving innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development Leadership: Build and oversee the development of world-class BPO software, including dialers, CRM, workforce management tools, collections software, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
- Business Strategy & Execution: Define a long-term technology vision, align software development with business goals, and create a roadmap for sustainable growth and scalability.
- Project & Team Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of developers, engineers, and product managers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
- Financial & Operational Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and create revenue models to drive profitability while ensuring cost-efficient software development.
- Market Expansion & GTM Strategy: Identify market gaps, strategize product positioning, and create pricing and licensing models to commercialize the software for external clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BPO operations, HR, finance, and compliance teams to ensure software solutions address industry-specific needs and regulatory requirements.
- Technology Innovation & AI Integration: Stay ahead of tech trends, integrate AI/ML-driven automation, enhance data security, and implement cloud-based solutions to maximize efficiency.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with potential enterprise clients, investors, and partners to expand the software's market reach and adoption.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection laws for banking and financial services BPO software.
- Startup & Growth Mindset: Drive a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement, positioning the company as a leading BPO software provider globally.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 10-15 years in software development, preferably with exposure to BPO industry software.
- Technical & Business Acumen: Strong expertise in software development, project management, financial planning, and strategy.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, execute projects, and scale a tech company.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Passion for startups, innovation, and building cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to lead product innovation and establish the company as a leader in the BPO technology space.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive continuous improvement.
- Education: BE/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Location: Mumbai(Andheri) / Navi Mumbai (Mhape)
- Compensation: As per industry standards
