Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Profitability Management
- Define and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee P&L management by optimizing sales, marketing, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure cost control and budget optimization while maintaining product and service quality.
2. Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Set quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with company growth plans.
- Lead and motivate the Sales & Marketing teams, driving performance and accountability.
- Strengthen client relationships and vendor partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
3. Market Expansion & Brand Positioning
- Develop strategies for market penetration, launching new products and increasing market share.
- Enhance brand visibility through marketing initiatives, industry events, and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
4. Commercial Compliance & Operations Management
- Ensure all sales, contracts, and transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
- Implement efficient supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships with key industry players.
- Drive new business acquisitions while ensuring high customer retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
6. Budgeting, Cost Optimization & Risk Management
- Develop and track annual budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources.
- Mitigate risks by conducting market research, demand forecasting, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure pricing strategies are competitive while maintaining profitability.
7. Leadership & Team Development
- Build a high-performance sales & marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Provide training, mentorship, and development programs for team members.
- Promote collaboration across departments to enhance operational synergy.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Expertise
- 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Leadership in the Polyurethane / Chemical / Petrochemical / Specialty Chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of profitability management, sales leadership, and business development.
- Strong expertise in import/export regulations, trade compliance, and commercial agreements.
- Experience in B2B sales, key account management, and contract negotiations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic Thinker - Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
- Sales & Marketing Expertise - Strong acumen in driving revenue growth and brand positioning.
