Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Jio Centre Manager to lead end-to-end operations, drive business performance, and manage large-scale distribution for Reliance Jio's telecom business within the assigned geography.
- The role involves comprehensive leadership across sales, distribution, service delivery, team management, and operational excellence.
- The ideal candidate must bring proven expertise in telecom distribution management and handling large, multi-layered teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Centre Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Lead the overall performance of the Jio Centre, ensuring business targets (sales, customer acquisition, revenue) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Own and drive P&L accountability for the centre by managing cost structures, profitability, and ROI.
Distribution & Sales Management
- Oversee the end-to-end distribution strategy, ensuring deep market penetration through distributors, retailers, and direct sales teams.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, product launches, and go-to-market strategies across all channels.
Team Management & Leadership
- Manage a large cross-functional team, including sales, service, technical, and support staff.
- Mentor and motivate teams to enhance productivity, performance, and employee engagement.
- Drive a performance-based culture with clear KPIs, regular reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Customer Experience & Service Delivery
- Ensure seamless customer service operations, postpaid/prepaid activations, and issue resolution.
- Monitor key service metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the central team on market needs, pricing, and product adaptations.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies, including statutory compliance, audit requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of process governance and data integrity.
Key Requirements:
- 10-14 years of experience in telecom/FMCG/consumer durables, with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling large teams and multi-channel distribution.
- Proven track record in end-to-end distribution management, territory expansion, and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&L and operational KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, analytics, and ERP/CRM platforms.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field is highly preferred.
