Centilytics - Alliance Manager

- The Alliance Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence within the provider ecosystem such as AWS, Azure and GCP.

- This role focuses on optimizing processes, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of partner programs.

- The PSM collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance partner experiences, and ensure the smooth execution of partner-related initiatives.

- Develop and implement standardized operational processes for partner programs.

- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in partner onboarding, enablement, and support processes.

- Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Document operational procedures and best practices.
