Job Description: Account Manager.

Position Overview: Zarthi is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in the IT/Cloud industry and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospects.

- Business Growth: Grow existing relationships, maximize revenue opportunities, and identify new market segments.

- Collaboration: Work with the inside sales and business development teams to schedule meetings, execute engagements, renewals, and close deals.

- Client Insights: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their businesses, industries, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.

- Vendor Partnerships: Maintain positive relationships with account managers from AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, and other vendors.

- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and complete account data in the CRM system.

- Personalized Interactions: Use client insights to strengthen relationships and build trust.

- Forecasting and Reporting: Conduct sales forecasts, analyze data, and provide insights for leaders and executives.

Skills and Experience Required:.

- Proven Experience: 2+ years in strategic account management or a related field.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT/Cloud industry and its challenges.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

- Team Collaboration: Experience working with inside sales and business development teams.

- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools for account management and analysis.

- Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

- Networking: Strong networking abilities to enhance business opportunities.
