We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Center Manager to lead and manage one of our Experience Centres in the higher education sector. This role is crucial for achieving business goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a dynamic team to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


- Business & P&L Management: Take full ownership of the center's profit and loss (P&L), driving and achieving key business metrics such as registrations and revenue targets while effectively managing expenses.

- Sales & Lead Generation: Plan and execute Below The Line (BTL) activities to generate leads and increase footfall. This includes organizing and conducting seminars in colleges and community centers.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training and support to the team. Manage team rosters and shifts to ensure efficient operations and a high-quality customer experience.

- Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, measured through CSS (Customer Satisfaction Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score), and effectively manage customer feedback. Act as a second-level support for handling difficult customer situations.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee floor management, implement innovative strategies to increase conversions, and ensure the timely reporting of data, MIS, and accounts. Coordinate with the commercial team for the upkeep and maintenance of the center's infrastructure.

- Financial Compliance: Ensure the timely deposit of collections into the bank and manage imprest funds in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).

Skills & Qualifications:


Leadership & Management:


- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.


- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Business Acumen:


- Experience in managing a business unit's P&L.


- Expertise in BTL marketing and lead generation activities.


- Strong analytical skills for reviewing data and MIS reports.

Interpersonal Skills:


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle customer feedback and difficult situations effectively.

Education


Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
