About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Manager with 5-7 years of proven experience in advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll elevate client satisfaction, manage campaign delivery, and champion growth across existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across creative, digital, media, etc.
- Develop client insights, prepare performance reports, and present results.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to fuel account growth.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and act as the internal liaison across teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of client servicing/account management within an agency setting.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (Master's a plus).
