
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Ownership:
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Deal Closing: Lead negotiations and close new business contracts, thriving in a high-stakes environment.
Strategic Growth:
- Proactively identify market trends and client needs to position our IT services effectively.
- Drive the entire sales engine from prospecting to successful client onboarding.
Performance & Accountability:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales to delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on, proven experience in IT services sales.
Domain Expertise:
- Demonstrable experience selling in international markets.
Core Skills:
- Proven track record of running a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills.
- High-energy, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
