We are seeking an experienced and driven Group Head to lead and manage a portfolio of key clients.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering successful 360 campaigns.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic campaign plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across print, digital, TV, and experiential.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with account executives and creative teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support in new business pitches.
- Provide strategic insights backed by data and market research to drive client success.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across internal departmentscreative, planning, media, and production.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in client servicing/account management (Agency experience must).
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of handling large accounts.
