Job Description:


As the Sales Manager Network & Power Solutions, you will be responsible for expanding Cavitaks footprint across India by building and maintaining relationships with System Integrators, Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners. You will drive sales, manage channel strategies, and help position Cavitak as a go-to provider for IT infrastructure, networking, and power solutions.


This role is ideal for someone with a blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a passion for customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, meet, and develop relationships with System Integrators, Consultants, and Contractors to promote Cavitaks product and solution portfolio.


- Understand client needs and position relevant active and passive IT infrastructure products, including networking and power solutions.


- Coordinate and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and trials at customer sites in collaboration with the pre-sales team.


- Develop and manage a robust network of channel partners and resellers to drive revenue growth and ensure strong market presence.


- Work closely with the technical and design teams to support project proposals, design solutions, and respond to RFQs and tenders.


- Create brand awareness through events, client interactions, and knowledge sharing, establishing Cavitak as a preferred solution provider.


- Identify new business opportunities, track market trends, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Qualifications & Skills:


- Proven experience (3-6 years preferred) in sales of IT networking and power products (e.g., routers, switches, structured cabling, UPS, data center solutions).


- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure brands and both active (switches, firewalls) and passive components (cabling, racks, etc.).


- Techno-commercial mindset with the ability to bridge technical features with client needs.


- Experience working with System Integrators, Contractors, and IT Consultants.


- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


- Willingness to travel across regions to meet clients and support business activities.
