Position Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and energetic National Sales Manager to lead the EcoFlow Inverter product line across India.

This role is key to building a strong market presence, developing robust channel networks, and driving national sales growth through product expertise, market insights, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:


- Develop and execute a national go-to-market strategy for EcoFlow Inverter products.

- Define market penetration plans, identify growth opportunities, and implement promotional campaigns.

Channel Partner Management:


- Build and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners across India.

- Conduct regular training and engagement sessions to enhance partner capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Sales & Business Development:


- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.

- Generate and qualify leads, close deals, and ensure seamless proposal submission and contract finalization.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior.

- Recommend product positioning and pricing based on in-depth market insights.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:


- Work closely with product development, marketing, supply chain, and technical support teams to ensure successful product rollouts.

- Coordinate with the technical team for pre- and post-sales support.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:


- Regularly report on KPIs, sales targets, market share, and channel performance to senior leadership.

- Utilize CRM tools for tracking and pipeline management.


Candidate Profile:


Experience:


- 35 years of proven experience in sales and channel development within power backup or energy-related products (inverters, UPS, solar panels, or batteries).

- Experience managing and scaling dealer/distributor networks at a regional or national level.

Skills & Competencies:


- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.

Education:


- Bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
