Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Product Lead - EcoFlow to spearhead the growth and market positioning of the EcoFlow INVERTER brand across India.

- This strategic role requires a candidate with strong sales acumen, product expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive product penetration, channel partner development, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to position EcoFlow INVERTER as a leading brand in the Indian power products market.

- Identify and target key markets and customer segments to maximize product reach and revenue potential.

- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and dealers across India to ensure effective product availability and sales execution.

- Oversee product launches and promotional activities, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and technical teams.

- Facilitate seamless proposal submissions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to increase market share.

- Train and enable channel partners by sharing product knowledge, sales strategies, and technical information to improve their capabilities.

- Monitor sales performance and channel effectiveness, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure product improvements and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory environment to inform strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven track record of managing distributor and dealer networks, preferably in the power products industry (UPS, inverters, batteries, solar panels).

- Strong sales and channel management experience with a demonstrated ability to grow market share.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive strategic decisions.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and technical support.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India as required
