Role:.
Revenue Planning:
- Create annual, monthly & daily plan incorporating metrics such as traffic, DAU, MAU, and MAC, for both business-as-usual (BAU) and event days.
- Lead quarterly planning to enable smarter inventory decisions.
- Own and drive business planning and analytics end-to-end - from forecasting to execution.
Revenue management (Ecom Sell Side):
- Manage day-to-day revenue activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet planned targets.
- Identify and execute new avenues of revenue generation through growth areas, promotions, offers, and other strategies.
Growth initiatives:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, sourcing, technology) to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
Drive performance reviews:
- Analyse key initiatives using data, spearhead automation projects, and build robust processes for seamless execution.
- Participate in leadership reviews with data-backed insights, maintain planning consistency across teams, and deliver actionable, insight-rich performance summaries to drive continuous improvement.
Requirement:
- MBA or Engineering degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT/IIM/NIT/ISB or similar).
- 2-4 years of experience in demand planning & e-commerce sell roles in Tier 1 firms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you can manage up, across, and diagonally.
- Comfort with structured processes - and an eye for when they need to be reinvented.
- Past experience in a fast-paced e-com or retail environment is a major plus.
- Strong data management & analysis skills - Excel, SQL, or whatever gets the job done.
- Excellent communication skills - you can turn a messy spreadsheet into a crisp narrative
