Job Description:

Marketing:

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to promote Engage, and build relationships with influencers, including architects, interior and engineers.

- Develop and oversee influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends.

- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Engage with channel partners such as dealers and contractors to gather insights and feedback on influencer-driven initiatives.

- Develop and launch influencer marketing campaigns leveraging influencer partnerships, both on-ground and digital.

Requirements:

- MBA with 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the decorative paints and/or ancillary industries.

- Ability to identify and understand market trends, analyze competition updates, and provide strategic recommendations.

- High level of attention to detail and creativity in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies.

- Proactive approach with the flexibility to explore a variety of options in a timely manner.

- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
