The Role
Those who have experience in solving the Lodging category in the consumer internet space would be well aware of the inherent complexities and challenges of the space. Supply is highly fragmented and with the advent of alternate accommodation is also growing at a rapid pace. Few companies have successfully aggregated supply and delivered a flawless customer fulfillment experience. To meet our ambitious growth plans in the category, we are looking to hire a passionate individual with relevant supply category experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Strategy: Conceptualize and implement the Supply Strategy for hotels and alternate stays.
Commercial Excellence: Optimize pricing, inventory, and margins to enhance competitiveness
Platform Optimization: Leverage and balance partner relationships vs supplier direct to build high ROI solutions with a customer first approach.
Market Expansion: Identify and unlock high-potential hotel and alternative accommodation supply.
Customer-Centric Execution: Ensure supply-side initiatives elevate user experience.
Data-Driven Growth: Leverage analytics to refine sourcing, pricing, and supplier performance.
What You Bring
- 6-8 years of category experience, ideally in the Lodging / Hotels supply space. (but not mandatory).
- Proven expertise in supply partnerships, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
- Tech-first mindset, with exposure to seller platforms, integrations, and digital distribution.
- Sharp analytical approach, balancing scale with profitability.
- Strong stakeholder management, navigating supplier relationships with precision.
