Category Lead for Apparel or Beauty (Experience in These Category is Mandatory)
Category Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute the category strategy for Apparel & Beauty to drive growth, margins, and customer love.
Assortment Planning:
- Curate a relevant, trend-forward, and high-converting product mix across apparel (including basics and fashion) and beauty (skincare, makeup, grooming, etc.).
Vendor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage brand and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate commercials, ensure stock availability, and maintain strong SLAs.
Pricing & Promotions:
- Lead pricing strategy and promotional planning to balance competitiveness and profitability.
Customer Insights & Data:
- Analyze customer behavior and category performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns, demand planning with supply chain, and product/tech to optimize the category experience on the app.
Inventory & Merchandising:
- Ensure high availability, fast-moving SKUs, and an appealing product display and navigation experience.
