Requirement:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in new regions in the International market and Exposure in Africa, East Asia will have added advantage.
- should have existing relationships with potential customers and partners in the region specified.
- Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.
- Irrespective of customer requirement, need to Prepare and deliver presentations to customers in the initial stage.
- Generating leads independently by interacting with various regional partners & customers and convert these leads into proposals
- Need to follow up for deal Closure with best negotiation skills.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc.
- Stay up to date on the latest banking technologies trends.
Candidate must possess:
- Banking software sales Experience.
- Skills -Negotiation, Networking, Business intelligence , Communication and interpersonal
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) - English and any other international language would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant banking Software sales, with a focus on the international market
- Strong understanding of the Banking landscape and the needs of customers
- Proven ability to close challenging deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
