About the Project - Cascades Neopolis

Cascades Neopolis is a landmark high-rise development in Kokapet Neopolis, conceptualized and developed by GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infratech, and Urbanblocks Realty. With multiple blocks and a towering structure (7B+G+54 floors), this project redefines luxury living in Hyderabad's most premium location.

We are looking for a visionary leader to drive the marketing, branding, and sales strategy for this prestigious development.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

- Brand Building & Positioning: Lead high-impact branding & marketing campaigns to establish Cascades Neopolis as a luxury icon.

- High-Value Client Engagement: Build relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate buyers, and NRIs.

- Channel Partner & Broker Network: Establish and expand strong networks with top real estate consultants & channel partners.

- Digital & Offline Marketing: Oversee 360- marketing, including digital, print, events, PR, and influencer collaborations.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends, analyze pricing strategies, and drive competitive advantage.

- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales & marketing team.

- Customer Experience & Closure: Ensure a seamless sales journey from lead generation to booking closure.

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in real estate sales & marketing, with expertise in high-rise/luxury projects.

- Proven track record in leading large-scale residential/commercial developments.

- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, etc.).

- Strong networking with HNIs, investors, and global buyers.

- Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and sales automation.

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to drive large teams, work under high stakes, and deliver results.
