Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in our car rental business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive, car rental, or travel & hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies, corporate tie-ups, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new B2B and B2C clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Track and report sales performance metrics and pipeline progress regularly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in car rental, hospitality, or automotive sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Valid drivers license (preferred).
