Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager position based in Kalyan at Care Health Insurance. The Branch Manager will be a pivotal leader responsible for the overall performance and operational efficiency of the branch. This includes effectively managing and motivating the branch staff, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction, and consistently achieving and exceeding established targets for sales and business growth within the Kalyan region.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership and Management:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to all branch staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
- Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Set clear performance expectations for team members, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company updates, targets, and best practices.
- Identify training and development needs of the branch staff and facilitate appropriate learning opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass branch sales targets for various health insurance products.
- Drive business growth by actively exploring new opportunities and expanding the customer base within the Kalyan market.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential and existing customers, agents, and channel partners.
- Participate in local networking events and business development activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Champion a customer-centric approach within the branch, ensuring all staff members prioritize exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to customer service standards and protocols.
Team Building and Motivation:
- Recruit, train, and onboard new branch staff effectively.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect within the branch.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements.
- Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the branch, ensuring efficiency and
accuracy.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of branch performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain efficient processes for customer interactions, policy servicing, and claims support.
