CapitalNow - Legal Manager - LLB/LLM

Responsibilities:c

- Manage all legal matters for the company, including contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, including commercial agreements, vendor agreements, and employment agreements.

- Provide legal advice and counsel to the leadership team and other departments on a wide range of legal issues.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments in the fintech industry and ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential legal and regulatory risks associated with new products, services, partnerships, and technologies.

- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures for the company, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on NBFC or Fintech.

- Proven track record of success in managing legal matters for a fast-paced company.

- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
