CapitaLand - Senior Manager - Investment & Asset Management

- Assist in business development, analyzing, structuring, negotiating, recommending and when approved, closing deals including working on due diligence and legal documentation.

- Support in undertaking annual asset planning and manage assets within assigned portfolio in accordance to business plans.

- Monitor asset performance against market and ensure that asset performance targets and target returns are achieved.

- Carry out asset management activities of properties, including tracking performance on a monthly basis with budget and underwriting, periodical reporting to management, assisting in identifying potential issues and in their resolution pertaining to the properties.

- Assist in providing regular reports on progress of development projects to fund investors.

- Assist the team in analyzing the performance of the existing portfolio and reporting to management on a regular basis.

- Keeping up to-date with central and regional govt policies, regulations, impacting the development of industrial parks.

Requirements:

- Post Graduate Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a similar discipline from a reputed institute.

- At least 10+ years of relevant working experience in investments and/or asset management.

- Proficiency in financial modelling.

- Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets would be very useful and an added advantage.

- Exposure to the Real Estate market in India.

- Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
