Business Development Manager - Rewards Partnerships - Asia
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Account Management professional to drive our rewards partnership expansion across Asian markets.
- In this role, you will lead business development efforts to acquire new partners and manage strategic relationships that enhance our rewards ecosystem in India, UAE, South Africa, and other emerging Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new reward partners across various categories through proactive sales outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, aggregators, and reward providers.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and upselling to existing partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive terms and favorable partnership agreements.
-Create compelling partnership proposals and present business cases to potential partners.
- Manage end-to-end account lifecycle from acquisition to retention and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and technical integration.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, partnership performance, and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of closing partnership deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in building and managing strategic business relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to structure win-win commercial agreements.
- Experience selling digital solutions, loyalty programs, or related services.
