Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic P&C Operations Professional, who will help Candi to lead the revolution of Solar. Given that Candi is taking Solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking.
Specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following for the India team:
- Payroll input & Processing
- Labor Compliances.
- HR Governance & Audit.
- HR Policies & Processes.
- Employee Master Database
- Attendance and Leave tracing and management
- Monthly Report (MIS)
Location: Gurgaon, combined with working from home
Hours: Full time (Hybrid)
Job Requirements:
- Working closely with leads on salary and attendance inputs.
- Must have experience of processing payroll using a payroll system/tool.
- Managing GMC, GPA, GTL vendors and facilitating during claim process
- Maintaining master employee database and reporting.
- Owning Back Ground Verification for employees and managing the vendor and TAT.
- Coordinating with TA team and ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation of selected Candidates.
- Creating visibility on HR Operations to all the stakeholders.
- Fluent communication and ability to engage with Candidates at all levels.
- Influential presentation skills.
