The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Campus Hiring Strategy and Execution:
- Drive campus recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including full-time and internship requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify and prioritize campuses aligned with organizational hiring needs and open roles.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, maintaining strong relationships with placement officers and faculty.
- Organize and manage online assessments (Pre-interview screening).
- Travel to campuses during the recruitment season to represent the organization and ensure the smooth execution of drives.
Campus Engagement and Branding:
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, leadership talks, and other engagement activities to build the organization's employer branding.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company culture and career opportunities to students.
- Collaborate with the communications team to design engaging job descriptions, presentation decks, and other branding materials.
Logistics and Event Management:
- Oversee logistics for campus recruitment events, including managing travel arrangements, procurement of campus goodies, etc.
- Coordinate in-office campus drives end to end in off-campus season.
Offer Rollout and Onboarding Support:
- Manage feedback and offer rollout processes on Workday
- Collaborate with the Employee Experience (EX) team to facilitate onboarding formalities for new hires.
Intern Engagement and Performance Management:
- Plan and execute engagement activities for interns, fostering a positive experience during their tenure.
- Support the intern performance evaluation and coordinate the appraisal process in coordination with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the interview process and panel alignment for events.
Requirements:
- 7-12 Years of experience.
- Extensive experience in campus/university hiring.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
