
Job Description:
- Design, execute, and refine campus recruitment strategies for technology groups
- Engage with leading engineering colleges and attract the right talent
- Lead initiatives for non-traditional recruitment, branding, and marketing
- Update and monitor online applicant tracking systems
- Plan and execute on-campus recruitment activities, presentations, and networking events
- Report on entry-level hiring statistics
Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of prior recruiting experience in campus hiring or campus branding/engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work culture
- Proven problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a campus recruiter (end-to-end recruitment)
- UG/MBA degree from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges
- 1-4 years of experience, with recent experience in campus recruitment
