JD: Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid ad campaigns, content development, strategy design, and team management. You will be responsible for creating and executing digital strategies across various channels while maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to digital channels. This includes blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other forms of digital media.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. Align strategies with client goals to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals. Ensure the team is aligned with the organizations objectives, and provide ongoing support for skill development and career growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
