
Product Manager
- Lead requirement gathering; craft BRDs/PRDs, workflows, and user journeys; align with business goals and compliance.
- Conduct market research and customer deep-dives to identify pain points, JTBDs, and differentiation opportunities.
- Own the product roadmap & backlog; partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing for on-time rollouts.
- Drive bank/acquirer partnerships for mutually beneficial integrations and go-to-market programs.
- Leverage data to track product performance, funnels, SLAs, and adoption; iterate with evidence-based decisions.
- Deliver compelling presentations/demos to internal and external stakeholders; enable sales, CS, and ops teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years in Product Management within Fintech/Banking; strong digital payments & merchant acquiring experience.
- Solid understanding of authorization, settlement, mandates, reconciliation, risk, and regulatory considerations.
- Hands-on with Figma/InVision (preferred) and analytics/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication; thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Engineering/Business (or equivalent).

- Proven track record shipping payment products; ownership mindset with bias for action.
- Ability to balance customer experience, compliance, and scalability
