
Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers directly to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications in clear, professional English.
- Coordinate between stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to ensure requirement clarity.
- Conduct requirement analysis and ensure timely delivery of documentation.
- Support project execution by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals with technical solutions.
- Use tools such as Zoho (ManageEngine), Azure, and Jira for requirement tracking and project management.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work directly with customers/stakeholders.
- Capability to document requirements effectively.
- Knowledge of Credit Guarantee, Banking and Insurance domain (More preference will be given) or specify the specific domain if other than above.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho (ManageEngine), Azure, Jira ((More preference will be given)).
- Technical knowledge of any programming language or database (advantageous)
