Role: Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst.

- byteXL is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst to join our Content Team.

- In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to enhance business growth and optimize learning outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in:.

- Understanding user behavior to improve learner engagement.

- Measuring and evaluating content performance for continuous improvement.

- Contributing to the development of impactful, data-backed course content.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Analyze student behavior and platform usage data to derive actionable insights and improve content.

- Manage content feedback analysis and learning analytics to measure content efficacy and identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct Target Group research to understand their preferences and learning needs.

- Use advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI/similar visualization tools for data management and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with content strategies.

Technical Skills Required:.

- Expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, macros, Pivot Tables).

- Proficiency in Power BI, Metabase or similar data visualization tools for reporting and insights presentation.

- Familiarity with MongoDB or other database management systems (preferred, not mandatory).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

Qualifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in e-commerce, edtech or content-focused organizations.

- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

- Excellent communication skills to present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
