You will be responsible for managing a network of channel partners to drive renewals and upgrades. Your focus will be on partner relationship management, sales growth and retention strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Renewal & Upgrade Business by managing the complete lifecycle of customers through channel partners.
- Deliver AOP targets for the vertical
- Channel Partner Management & Development: Build and strengthen relationships with partners across India, enabling them to achieve their renewal and upsell targets.
- Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize renewal %, cost per renewal/upgrade, and partner performance metrics, including base growth for partner.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team responsible for executing the channel sales & renewal strategy.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and process improvements.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities of growth , develop structured workflows around the same for partner/partner teams , customer retention, and renewal across products.
Skill Sets / Requirements:
- Strong partner management experience, with a track record of driving revenue through channel sales.
- Analytical & Data-Driven ability to derive insights from data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent sales acumen with an understanding of partner & customer behavior.
- Team Management & Leadership Skills capable of hiring, training, and managing a high-performance team.
- Process-Oriented & Strategic Thinking ability to build scalable partner engagement models.
