Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and marketing strategies in Cardio-Neuropsychic divisions divisions for retail, hospital, and pharmacy business segments.
- Lead brand building initiatives to enhance market presence and product visibility.
- Manage new product launches and develop product portfolios, focusing on cardiovascular and cardio-neuropsychic products.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of brand building and product portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or MBA-Marketing
Other qualifications:
- A minimum 15-20 year of work experience predominantly in the Cardio & Diabetic segment.
- Preference would be given,to who has worked for a minimum of 5-6 years big based outside India,again preferably in Jakarta or in Manila.
- Handling large scale field staff 200 plus of filed staff to drive the Business divisions.
