Position Name: HR Manager - People and Culture
Location - Mumbai
Experience Range - 8 - 12 yrs
About the company: Our client is a Multi-stage VC fund with investments in over 170 companies
Mandatory Requirement:
- 8+ Years of Experience in HR leadership for people management
- Exposure in fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with startups or rapidly scaling business
- Background in financial services, private equity or start-ups.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Building strong recruitment strategies to support rapid hiring needs
- Setting up clear frameworks for HR operations, policies and employee handbooks
- Designing and implementing performance evaluation systems
- Driving initiatives that foster a positive, motivated and high performing culture
- Identify talent pool of candidate to work at various roles.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA in HR or Equivalent
Other Details:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the founders on people strategy and organisational design.
- Advising on organisational structure, workforce planning and culture building initiatives.
- Handling day-to-day HR operations like leave management, payroll processing, statutory compliance and HRMS management
- Helping the founders on strategic initiatives, special projects and broader problem-solving beyond just HR
