- Mandatory Experience: Proven expertise in Business Consulting with a focus on the US Healthcare industry, coupled with solid Project Management skills.

- Additional Suitable Backgrounds: Candidates with a Business Analyst role combined with US Presales and Consulting experience are also highly encouraged to apply.

- Experience Level: 10+ years in Business Consulting or similar roles within reputable Business Consulting Groups, ideally with direct exposure to US healthcare projects.

- Preferred Profiles: US-return associates who have worked closely with senior business stakeholders and driven impactful initiatives.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for building trust and driving consensus

- Self-motivated, exploratory mindset with a flair for spontaneous and innovative thinking

- Demonstrated ability to contribute individually with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Academic excellence-MBA from Tier I or Tier II institutes, including IIMs, is highly desirable
