Our clients have facilities for edible oil manufacturing in Nigeria. They are looking for a business head.
Key responsibilities are as follows:-
1. Ability to handle PnL of a business
2. Bandwidth to manage a business on an end to end basis
3. Familiarity with Agriculture commodities will be an advantage
4. Africa experience a must requirement
5. Leadership skills
6. Sound understanding of basic Finance
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Developing and executing long-term business plans and initiatives to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
Market Analysis & Growth:
- Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and designing sales channels to maximize market penetration.
Financial Management:
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring profitability within the business unit or company.
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Overseeing sales and marketing efforts, setting performance goals, and motivating teams to achieve targets.
Operational Oversight:
- Managing and optimizing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Relations:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Leading, coaching, and supporting teams to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.
Performance Monitoring:
- Reviewing and analyzing business performance, making data-driven adjustments, and preparing reports for senior management.
