Experience: 15+ years of sales experience in financial services like wealth firms, banks, AMCs Certifications Required: NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates
Working Days: Any 6 days as per requirement
About the role:
We are looking for professionals from wealth management background who have an entrepreneurial mindset to join our business team at Company in a team management role. You would be responsible for actively acquiring clients along with building a team of client partners who you coach and mentor to become strong relationship management. You and your team would work with HNI/UHNI clients. You will be responsible for helping users understand and to help them invest with company.
Responsibilities:
- Build a client base of HNI/UHNI Clients
- Provide financial solutions to clients basis their goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively identify
opportunities to expand services and deepen client engagement.
- Actively increase the client base
- Be responsible for AUM for your team
- Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess clients' current financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and risk exposures
- Share regular communications with clients regarding market updates
- Provide guidance to team members to help them achieve their goals and take responsibility
for the outcomes
Requirements:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Is able to analyse the requirement of the clients basis their financial goals and have strong logical and numerical ability
- Have ability to perform in target driven environment
- Follow Companys guidelines and compliance needs
- Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms
- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
- Be able to hire, train, coach and mentor a team
