Business Lead
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage business development activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e., product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and manage business budgets and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor business development team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (specify desired years of experience, e., 8+ years, 10+ years) in business development or a similar role, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
