Role: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, succession and compensation with Employee central.

Required Technical Skill Set: SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience: 810 yrs.

Must-Have:


- 5+ Years of SAP SuccessFactors Talent management/Succession Management/Planning, compensation and Variable pay experience.


- Knowledge in SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management including Calibration, CPM,

Employee profile portlets and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning.


- Good understanding of Compensation management processes in global organization.


- Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates, Good Knowledge in Compensation and Variable Pay functional Should have configure knowledge in the below features of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development.


- Succession relevant organization charts by department, team, region, etc.


- Multiple 9 box grids calibrate, identify and accelerate readiness.


- Assess, monitor and manage retention and development.


- Career development plans, Successor nominations and talent pools.


- Ability to configure business rules, workflows, and templates in RCM and ONB.


- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) configuration and administration.


- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module functionalities.


- Experience with integration of RCM and ONB with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.


- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.


- Experience in HR processes and systems, with a strong understanding of core HR functions.


- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and administration.


- Proficient in configuring workflows, business rules, and data models in Employee Central.


- Familiarity with data migration, data mapping, and integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Good-to-Have:


- Have worked on Integration between Employee Central, PMGM and Compensation Management.


- Should have worked on SAP SuccessFactors release changes.


- Should have good Knowledge about employee central module.
