
Principal Responsibilities:
Design and Optimize SQL Queries:
- Develop and maintain complex SQL scripts, optimize large-scale queries, and create efficient database solutions to support business needs.
Data Migration and ETL Development:
- Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
- Design and implement ETL solutions, including creating SSIS packages, to transform and load data for analytics.
Dashboard and Report Development:
- Build and maintain visual reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI Desktop & VBA.
- Create advanced DAX queries and perform calculations on datasets to deliver actionable insights.
Speech Analytics and API Integration:
- Develop queries and create content within the speech analytics system.
- Extract metadata into SQL tables using APIs, C#, and the .NET framework.
Statistical and Correlation Analysis:
- Track trends, perform correlation/regression analysis, and conduct statistical evaluations to identify relationships within data sets and drive business improvements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, interpret findings, and present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. MBA Preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in SQL development, data analytics, ETL processes, and dashboard/report creation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and SSIS.
- Exposure to programming languages such as C# or Python.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
- Strong proficiency in SQL scripting, query optimization, and database design.
- Experience in developing SSIS packages and ETL processes.
- Expertise in Power BI (visual reports, dashboards, DAX queries, VBA integration).
- Knowledge of API integration and metadata extraction using C#/.NET framework.
- Ability to perform advanced statistical analysis (correlation, regression, trend analysis).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Business acumen, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
