Role: Lead business & product development with strong technical expertise in specialty yarns.

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Head with strong expertise in specialty yarns such as HDPE, Aramid, Kevlar, Cordura, Monofilament, Glass Fibre, Carbon Fibre, UHMWPE, Conductive & Recycled Yarns, and Core-Spun Yarns. The ideal candidate will lead the business strategy, product development, and sales initiatives, driving growth and innovation in niche textile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute business strategies to expand market share in specialty yarns.

- Develop long-term growth plans and explore new market opportunities (domestic & international).

- Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives.

- Drive product innovation and application development in technical/specialty yarns.

- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to develop new yarn blends and applications.

- Stay updated with global trends, customer requirements, and sustainability practices.

- Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and nurture relationships with global brands, OEMs, and B2B clients in technical textiles.

- Identify new business opportunities in defense, industrial, automotive, sportswear, and protective apparel segments.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams (sales, production, and R&D).

- Build a high-performance culture with a strong focus on innovation and execution.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong technical knowledge of specialty yarns: HDPE, Aramid, Kevlar, Cordura, Monofilament, Glass Fibre, Carbon Fibre, UHMWPE, Conductive & Recycled Yarns, Core-Spun Yarns.

- Proven experience in business development, product management, and sales leadership in the textile domain.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and global textile applications.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and execution.

Preferred Background:

- 1215 years of experience in the textile industry, with at least 810 years in technical/specialty yarns.

- Experience in international markets and working with global brands is an advantage.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and launching innovative products.
