An excellent leadership opportunity to head Sales & Business Development in the FMCG sector. As a Business Manager/Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, brand visibility, and profitability while managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales & Business Development teams to achieve coverage, distribution, and display objectives.
- Set and monitor brand-wise/pack-wise sales targets across geographies and timeframes.
- Drive stock movement analysis, accurate sales forecasting, and effective inventory planning.
- Build and execute training calendars for sales teams, ensuring smooth induction and capability enhancement.
- Collaborate with Marketing for promotions, festivals, and brand visibility activities.
- Expand distribution through traditional trade channels (grocers, eateries, bakeries, cold drink shops, transport hubs, etc.)
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
- 10+ years of supervisory exposure and 5+ years in middle management.
- Expertise in General Trade distribution and local FMCG markets.
- Strong track record in team management, coverage expansion, and sales execution.
- MBA or Graduate degree preferred, with prior experience in leading FMCG setups.
