ABOUT THE ROLE As the Business Head, you will be a key driver of growth and success . You will lead our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development and Partnerships: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise, startup, and mid-stage clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth. Sales and Marketing Strategy: - Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration. - Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support. - Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. Team Leadership: - Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. - Provide mentorship and coaching to team members. Operational Excellence: - Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Requirements: - Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in the SaaS, Fintech, or banking industry is mandatory. - Sales Experience: Must have Software Sales and Enterprise Sales experience along with a good network. - Ready To Travel: This role may require travel inter/intra-city up for up to 50% of the time for client visits.
