- Oversee the financial performance of the Poly Films/Polymer business, including budget planning, cost management, and profitability optimization.

- Work closely with finance teams to monitor key financial metrics, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to meet financial goals.

Sales & Market Development

- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies for expanding market share and customer base.
