Business Head - Operations - Autocomponent Industry

We are hiring for Business Head-Operations for an Autocomponent Industry based in Pune Location.

- Candidate's only preferred from Automotive Industry background

- Hands on experience in Plastic Injection Molding is must

Requirements:

1.Qualification: BE Mechanical/Plastic Engineering

2.Experience: 15+ Years (From Plastic Injection Molding Auto Component Manufacturing)

3. Salary budget: 18 LPA - 20 LPA

Job Description:

A] Execution of Business Plan:

- Implement appropriate operational strategies to meet the daily / weekly and monthly delivery plans.

- Achieve the quality requirement / standards agreed with customer; closely review the internal quality and supplier quality and improve the standards constantly.

- Responsiveness to customer quality requirements, system implementation and sustainable practices for achieving customer PPM.

- Regular review of capacity planning and facility requirements to meet the current and future business requirements of customers; escalate the Capex requirements.

B] Operational efficiency:

- Implement appropriate strategies for achieving manufacturing excellence and high operational efficiencies.

- Review the process efficiency and constantly work on improving the manufacturing process.

- Monitor the people efficiency and have the appropriate strategies for skilling people.

C] Business Growth:

- Have a strategy to increase the share of business with existing customers, have a close relationship with existing customers and work on improving the relationship.

- Closely work with marketing team to increase business in the Units and work with costing team to provide competitive quotes

D] Financial Metrics:

- Review the monthly financial metrics and address the concerns, AOP Vs actual and variance analysis, take interim measures

-Focus on achieving the EBIDTA; Understand the gaps if any and take steps

- Closely review and monitor the cost saving targets set for the FY and work towards achieving the same.

- Monitor all resource utilization; Assets / Materials / People to contain the operation cost target set

E] People Metrics:

- Create a team of functional leaders who could support in executing the business plan; constantly work with team in improving their capabilities.

- Implement the PMS; set individual goals and standards and review the same on quarterly basis. Give unbiased feedback on the performance of individuals.

- Constantly work with HR team to create a highly motivated and engaged team at plant level
