We are hiring a leader to head the caf business for a well established retail brand. This role will have complete ownership of business P&L, national operations, customer experience, and growth strategy across a large and established caf network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end P&L and operational management across all caf outlets, ensuring profitable growth and efficiency.
2. Drive operational excellence, standardize customer experience, and optimize store-level performance.
3. Lead expansion strategies, new market entry, and optimization of the existing retail footprint.
4. Build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams across regions.
5. Partner with marketing and product teams to strengthen the caf brand and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
6. Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to shape long-term business growth.
Candidate Profile:
1. 10+ years of leadership experience in consumer retail or F&B businesses, with a strong track record of P&L ownership.
2. Proven expertise in managing large-scale retail or QSR operations and delivering sustained profitability.
3. Strong people leadership, customer experience focus, and operational excellence mindset.
4. MBA from tier 1 preferred but not mandatory for highly accomplished candidates
